Deep Web, is it scary or not?

The Deep Web has a range of opinions among people, some praise and some condemnation. There are various softwares used to access the deep web. TOR is one, which is the most common way of accessing the Deep Web. For everyday people, The Deep Web is just an area of the world wide web that are not commonly indexed by search engines. Of coarse, the number 1 thing associated with the Deep Web is criminal activity, which browsing through that makes it clear. This is not the primary function or purpose of the Deep Web, but it certainly has become a huge part of it. The primary purpose of the deep web is to provide people with Anonymous Internet history, where no larger entity can track individual searches. This is a large Libertarian idea, as people fight for their right to privacy.
